Snow Patrol @ Colston Hall, Bristol
Friday, 20 November 2009They're our featured Band of the Month and they were also playing right in our backyard here in Bristol as the second stop on their Reworked Tour around UK.
Snow Patrol show that they're not afraid to mess around with their songs (especially the hits), go all country music with the much loved Chasing Cars and, since they couldn't arrange for supporting acts for some of the tour's stops, play for almost three hours.

It's Halloween! And we're feeling generous this month, so we're giving away a pair of tickets to the Kasabian gigs on 14 and 15 November 2009 at London's Wembley Arena!
To win, just email us your most creative photo (either as an attachment or an online link). The theme: how will you dress up for the gig if you got the tickets. To clue you in on what we're looking for, Wembley Arena will be turned into a "lunatic asylum" for their gig...get the drift?
Closing date is Monday, 3 November 2009 and winners will be announced on Friday, 7 November 2009 after we've had a chance to look at your entries.
Coldplay @ Wembley Stadium, London
Saturday, 19 September 2009We never thought we'd see the day Jay-Z played second fiddle to some other music act. Let alone a bunch of soft rockers. But that's what Coldplay pulled off for their Viva La Vida tour homecoming gigs at Wembley Stadium. Along with the bubblegum pop of Girls Aloud and the death laden anthems of White Lies.
As if hip hop was not enough of a musical detour for a supporting act...
